Indoor/Outdoor Positioning × Anomaly Detection × Remote Video Conferencing × Real-Time Rescue:
In large factories, petrochemical plants, warehouses, construction sites, fire and disaster relief, and independent work environments, what's truly important is not just "knowing an accident has occurred," but being able to immediately confirm the condition of personnel, locate their correct positions, and quickly initiate rescue efforts after an accident.
The Osmile ED1000 Smart Occupational Safety and Health Monitoring Watch integrates GPS outdoor positioning, Beacon indoor positioning, SOS emergency assistance, fall detection, motion detection, heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, 4G/5G voice and video calls, and remote video monitoring functions. It helps companies establish a complete occupational safety and health response process from "anomaly detection, notification to supervisors, accurate location, video confirmation to rescue."
Compared to traditional GPS positioning devices, the Osmile ED1000 can be used with Beacon to establish indoor positioning environments. Even if personnel enter large factories, warehouses, basements, server rooms, or indoor areas with weak satellite signals, management can still quickly determine their location, significantly reducing the search time after an accident.

Moving beyond simply "receiving an alarm" to "immediately locating the person,"
when workers appear to have fallen, remain motionless for an extended period, or actively initiate an SOS distress call, the system instantly transmits abnormal information to the management terminal. Supervisors can not only see the alarm but also quickly confirm the personnel's location using GPS or Beacon positioning information.
If the situation cannot be determined solely by the alarm, managers can further confirm the situation through video conferencing to understand whether personnel are conscious, trapped, and whether the surrounding environment remains dangerous, ensuring that subsequent rescue efforts go beyond simply "finding someone based on an alarm."
Beacon indoor positioning compensates for the shortcomings of GPS in large factories .
Traditional GPS is suitable for outdoor positioning, but in environments such as large factories, steel structures, underground spaces, warehouses, and server rooms, GPS signals may be obstructed.
The Osmile ED1000 can be used with Beacon to establish indoor positioning nodes. When the wearer enters different work areas within the factory, the system can use Beacon to obtain the current location (and related photos of the surrounding area) , allowing supervisors to quickly know which building, area, or process space the personnel are in.
In the event of an accident, "personnel anomaly information + indoor location information" can be provided simultaneously to supervisors and rescue personnel to help shorten search and response time.
Five Core Smart Occupational Safety Care Features :
Indoor Positioning : Combined with GPS outdoor positioning, it establishes an indoor and outdoor personnel location mechanism, quickly pinpointing personnel locations in complex environments such as large factories, warehouses, and server rooms.
Automatic Fall Alert : Upon detecting a suspected fall, the watch can activate an alert and notify supervisors, assisting in early accident detection.
Inactivity Alert : It proactively alerts personnel who have been inactive for extended periods, particularly suitable for nighttime inspections, equipment maintenance, security, and Lone Worker independent work scenarios.
Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen Abnormality Notification : When set health data shows abnormally high or low levels, it alerts managers to further monitor and confirm the personnel's condition.
Automatic Video and Remote Image Confirmation : After an abnormality occurs, it allows for rapid confirmation of the scene and the person seeking help via video, assisting managers in determining subsequent handling methods.
The Osmile ED1000 is not a medical device; heart rate, blood oxygen, and other health data are for health management and occupational safety care reference only and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis.
When an anomaly occurs, the Osmile ED1000 establishes a complete rescue process
. It's not just a single alarm device, but a system that connects all workplace safety response procedures.
When the system detects a fall, immobility, abnormal physiological data, or an SOS distress call , management receives an immediate notification. Then, GPS or Beacon pinpoints the location of the person, and voice or video confirms the situation. If necessary, nearby rescue personnel are immediately notified.
The overall process can be:
anomaly detection → real-time notification → indoor/outdoor positioning → video confirmation → dispatching rescue → locating the person.
This allows businesses to not only "know someone has had an accident," but also to know who has had the accident, where it happened, and the current situation .
Dual indoor/outdoor positioning provides more complete personnel location information.
The Osmile ED1000 continues the existing GPS, AGPS, LBS, geofence, and historical trajectory positioning functions, and further adds Beacon indoor positioning applications.
Outdoors, GPS can track movement and activity trajectories; in large indoor environments, Beacon can be used to determine the area where personnel are located. With remote photography, remote video, voice, and video conferencing capabilities, it can provide more on-site information for location and rescue assistance.
Therefore, whether it is outdoor fire fighting and disaster relief, construction site inspection, or equipment areas, storage areas, process areas, and machine rooms inside a factory, a more complete personnel safety management mechanism can be established.
Suitable for high-risk and isolated work environments,
the Osmile ED1000 can be applied to large manufacturing plants, petrochemical and chemical plants, steel and heavy industry, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, construction, fire fighting and disaster relief, energy industry, equipment maintenance, night inspection, security, and other environments with isolated workers.
Enterprises can manage multiple watches simultaneously through the Osmile management platform, tracking personnel location, anomaly alerts, and care information, reducing the time and manpower costs required for managing large numbers of personnel.
Upgrading from traditional occupational safety equipment to a real-time occupational safety care system
: Past occupational safety management largely relied on proactive reporting by personnel.
However, truly dangerous situations often occur when personnel are no longer able to actively seek help.
The Osmile ED1000 proactively detects potential anomalies through fall detection, immobility alerts, physiological data alerts, and SOS calls; combined with GPS, Beacon indoor positioning, and remote video, it assists supervisors in quickly moving from "receiving an alert" to "confirming location and situation."
Faster detection, faster location, faster confirmation, and faster rescue.
Osmile hopes to provide an extra layer of real-time safety protection for everyone entering high-risk work environments through smart wearables and positioning technology.

SOS Alert App: Quick Assistance, Always-on Protection
SOS alerts can help independent workers in times of crisis. When they feel at risk or need support, they can simply select the SOS alert option on their Osmile ED1000 device to immediately establish a two-way conversation with professionals at the alert receiving center. ARC operates 24/7, guaranteeing a response within seconds.
Alarm receiving center personnel can securely access workers' personal emergency response plans and real-time GPS locations, and directly dispatch emergency services to the scene, bypassing the 119 call center and saving valuable rescue time. In the event of a false alarm, workers only need to notify ARC to de-escalate the alarm.
SOS alarms can also be used as virtual companions. For example, if a worker feels uneasy late at night in a poorly lit parking lot, the alarm receiving center staff can keep them on the phone while they walk to their vehicle.
Worker Down app: No movement and fall alarm
The Osmile ED1000 uses a built-in motion sensor to enable the Worker Down function, monitoring the watch's movement and orientation. If an independent worker triggers an alarm due to a fall and does not press the Osmile ED1000 button to deactivate the alarm, the Worker Down alarm will be sent to the central control unit requesting assistance. The central control unit will access the worker's GPS location and call their phone to confirm the situation. If the worker cannot be contacted, the central control unit will proceed according to their individual contingency plan, quickly dispatching emergency services to the scene.
GPS Application: Locating Your Workers in Critical Moments
When using the Osmile ED1000, the worker's GPS location can be reported to the system every 10 minutes (this frequency can be customized), as well as whenever an SOS alarm or Worker Down alarm is issued.
The Global Positioning System (GPS) connects to the independent worker's device via the Osmile ED1000, using a satellite network for tracking. Originally designed for US military navigation, this system is now widely used globally.
From any location on Earth, four GPS satellites are always visible. Using the signals transmitted by these satellites, the device can calculate the distance to three of them, thus achieving precise positioning.
The Osmile ED1000 allows for customized GPS location settings to meet customer needs, ensuring compliance with privacy policies. Every operation is recorded for monitoring and compliance purposes.
Independent workers are employees who work without the assistance of other colleagues or direct supervision. Because no one can provide support, such work may require a risk assessment. Today, cloud-based automated monitoring systems and professional call centers (such as ARC in the UK or EDC in the US) are frequently used to support these workers.
